Seasons in the Sun -- Westlife

Adding this last minute, just to say goodbye to a great friend, true family, and one of the greatest men I've every known, my great granddad. Good bye my friend, it IS hard to die, you've had a good run, 99 years old and still cracking jokes and living life like a 30 year old man. In memory of a man whom all who have known him will remember greatly, my great granddad. I guess there's nothing else to say really, last song in the soundtrack, I really didn't expect it to be a sad song, but here's one to life.
